Inspector Gadget Z

He is Inspector Gadget Z. The main hero from The Adventures of Inspector Gadget Z. After being hurt in a laboratory accident, a rookie policeman was rebuilt as a cyborg detective hero named Inspector Gadget Z. And now, with various bionic gadgets built into his body, Inspector Gadget Z fights against some villains like his arch enemy Dr. Claw, and he protects Capital City and the world against Dr. Claw, and many other villains. Although he has all this equipment, Gadget is ultimately incompetent and clueless, and overcomes obstacles and survives perilous situations by sheer good luck, with help from his faithful niece Penny and intelligent dog Brain who both must secretly help him solve each case. Even his gadgets often malfunction, which Gadget often deals with by exclaiming that he needs to get them fixed. He works for a secret organization named U.Z.Z.

He's another of my most favourite classic cartoon heroes, alongside Underdog, and also, I decided to remake him in anime.
